Shipment Confirmations

For each outbound order shipped, a Shipment Confirmation provides confirmation of the order's tracking number, freight, and line detail (SKUs and quantities shipped).

Inbound Receipts

For each ASN received, an Inbound Receipt provides confirmation of SKUs and quantities received.

Inventory Adjustments

For each quantity change not related to receiving or shipping, an Inventory Adjustment provides confirmation of an item's current quantity on hand. Inventory Adjustments involve quantity changes to inventory not related to shipping or factory receipts (e.g., adjustments made for damaged goods, factory carton shortages discovered after receiving, miscellaneous receipts).

Inventory Snapshots

For inventory on-hand, an Inventory Snapshot provides confirmation of total inventory levels (received & on hand) in the warehouse, summarized by SKU.
